I love the simplicities of life; morning coffee, watching the hauntingly beautiful fog rise from the depths of the mountains, enjoying the wonder of my dog's enthusiasm over chasing snowflakes and my cats' joy of eating.

Although my professional life nourishes my insatiable appetite for learning and teaching, and has provided me with wonderful opportunities, and the privilege of becoming acquainted with people whom I would never have dreamt of meeting, I love the domestic side of life more than the professional. I love the meticulousness of cooking, the outcome of housecleaning and the joy of bringing order to my home.

Hi Barbra, Thanks for visiting my virtual living room and for your kind comments. (House. Beautiful. Inexpensive!) But of the image comment, you said "the view is fabulous". I sure hope you were talking about the view that is confined to the space in the photo and not the view outside the window. (I actually have window coverings now, so that old weathered fence is no longer the backdrop!)

Barbra, thankyou for asking for me. I have been lost. Somehow thru paypal and a site I use on line, I have gone three thousand dollars into debt. I have been fighting this mess since it began and I can no longer even coherently say what happened, only that I am losing and the big guys are winning. This is so distressing. My horse needs an operation on her neck to remove a growth. It cannot happen now. I didn't want to bring this to gather because I seem to always be falling thru a hole. But perhaps I should. Prayers would help an aweful lot right now. I love you my Dear, and I need to be among the wonderful positive people here on gather! Love Peg
